Hi, I've been a VM customer for several years and everything has been great up until around 3 weeks ago. There was an outage and since then, the connection constantly lags. I upgraded to the 200mb plan as I thought this would help however, I'm still facing the same issue. High ping and jitter.

Hi KafHuss, thanks for posting here with your issue and welcome on board with our community.
Sorry to hear of this issue with your service after the upgrade and a recent area outage, could you please tell us if the problem occurs on both wireless and wired connections?
Also, are you using and pods or boosters to connect to WiFi and are those active when this happens?
Did you follow the advice from Adduxi above to set up a BQM graph and post your results here so we can have a better view of this issue?
