High ping and Latency issues Hub 3

Hello. As of recent (mainly throughout the lockdown period) I have been experiencing intense ping spikes and latency issues whenever I play games.

Where the spikes are shown is typically when I am playing games and having issues with my connection however there are periods where I am not playing (8am-12pm) where the ping spikes are very extreme so it may not be just a gaming issue.

I am using an ethernet cable attached to my Virgin Media hub 3 router.

Nothing unusual in the network log.  The BQM suggests over-utilisation and a noisy line.  Hopefully the over-utilisation will go away (eventually) if it is a noisy line that can usually be fixed.  Post the hub stats for Downstream and Upstream, we can take a look for anything obvious there.

Yours is definitely bad but I don't think I've seen a BQM worse than mine. I call up and they're telling me there's a problem/fault in my area that they've deployed field engineers to fix. But I reckon from what I've been reading and researching that my area just has too many Virgin customers to handle + lockdown which means they're throttling everyones internet in the area.. So i doubt it'll go back to normal until lockdown's over.
