Recently joined VM on a 100 Mbps connection and ping is typically 90-120ms (significantly more than previous TalkTalk fibre connection).
I'm using a PowerLine connector but tried removing that today and connecting directly via Ethernet cable - very little improvement.
Would love to know what I could do to get the ping down to something a bit more respectable, e.g. 50ms or lower!

The Post RS Errors and T3 timeouts are a concern.
Looks like a noisy line or local outage.
Or even a faulty HUB!

Do I need to keep bumping this thread for a response from VM or just wait patiently?
My BQM will show some periods of total packet loss, this is definitely not a VM issue, the power has been turned off for some work, should be back on shortly.
Otherwise the BQM does seem to be showing more erratic/high latency during peak times, and overnight it's dropping back down again.

Welcome to the forums & taking the time to post.
I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues your services.
I have run some diagnostics from here & everything seems to be as it should, There are no issues listed on the network log, The power levels look to be where they should & the upload & download speeds provided to the hub are where they should be & on average over the month is higher than expected.

As @carl_pearce has highlighted, there is too much noise on your downstream and far too many T3 timeouts. Some packet loss too, very likely due to those two faults.
It's not acceptable and you need a technician visit to correct your connection.
