High latency and packet loss has returned. Friday 8th April

Hello

I was a victim of high utilisation a couple of years back, so have been keeping an eye on my BQM ever since and I've noticed the last 4 days have had high latency and packet loss during the evenings. (Saturday starting in the afternoon)

I'll attempt to upload the BQM for each previous day below...

I'm not an expert but my guess would be high utilisation has returned (or maybe SNR?) and I hope it isn't going to be 8 months before it gets sorted out this time around.

I'm currently using the Hub 5 in router mode and if there is anymore information I can provide then please let me know

Thanks

This isn't just you,
if you check other people's graphs on the forum, that high latency/packet loss is appearing at the same time on all of them.

So many more I could list, but these were the two I was comparing mine with earlier - so still had them on hand.

I haven't had a look through other posts yet but did this start on Friday for you and the others you have seen?

Have a look on Thinkbroadband.com.  This has been ongoing for a few days now to all VM users.
