High Ping /Latency issues

Hi

I am experiencing my ping quickly going from 8-10ms (which is nice) to around 150ms (which is not) after a small amount of time.  This is happening when the connection is wired as well as with wifi.  Whoever does these tests, please could you request a DM like for other customers and check my line?  I believe I have a super hub 2 but not sure which variant.

having latency issues when gaming, was ok week ago but now it's always jumps from 100 to 200+ ms

what is this nonsense with SuperHub 3 Router Latency Bug, it all over the internet, that router have a bug, and it causes spikes in lag, speed is fine, but lag is out of control...

Nat why don't you conduct yourself in an honest manner and actually tell him the issue? 

 

The superhub 3 is an absolute calamity, the chipset inside it simple does not work and causes the high ping spikes many people that know much more about this sort of thing say that it is unfixable. This issue has been reported by thousands of people yet VM don't want to own up to the issue. Nat you are no better than the cowboy builders that scam pensioners, dishonest little c

In all fairness, there are several vocal people about the issue who have genuine concerns for the problem. I'm a massive gamer and i've been with Virgin for 2 years now, with a SH3 and Vivid 300 Gamer / Vivid 350. Not once has it been an issue for me in game - which I play things like Destiny 1/2, Overwatch, Rainbow 6 Siege etc

My graph isn't too bad either.

 I use video calling, VoIP, Streaming all without issue. 

However, some people have really bad BQMs which isn't good. Virgin won't fix the issue immediately as the cost to fix it outweighs the cost of the vocal minority who have issues. Most others don't notice it or care too much.
So the SuperHub 4 is coming apparently, so fingers crossed it will be fixed there. If it isn't, well... Virgin deserve all they get as they KNOW about the issue...
