High Latency and Packet Loss on Super Hub 4

I've been with Virgin for about 6 months now and only recently now am I experiencing high ping every now and then during gaming, its driving me insane. Can anyone suggest anything?

Looking at the BQM they don't appear to be abnormal in any regards

As comparison here is mine on the 1Gb plan with a Hub 4 and this today since 12am and yesterday for the duration of the day.

No downloading of games, just standard Youtube playback with Telegram and Discord open with a 1:1 Discord Voice chat. Is there any specific game this happens on such as Fifa, Call of Duty? Are you using a Wired or Wireless connection when playing these games?

Hi mate! thanks for the reply! So this is happening regular, when I posted this it was around 12am and I was playing BF2042 with over 200 ping on a EU server.

Happens more regular on games like rocket league & Insurgency sandstorm. I often noticed myself high ping on discord too when the connection drops.

Wired connection 900mbps.

Odd, do you know your nat type ingame at all such as Open/Moderate/Closed? Possibly one of the forum team could take a look at the VM Side and see if there's anything out of place there? Are you on a PS4/5/Xbox or PC for these games?

Assuming I'm on Open last time I checked & PC yes for all this.
