Hi, I've been experiencing very high latency recently across all games and devices. I've tried resetting the router and it hasn't changed anything. It's been happening for the past week and apparently, there are no issues in the area on the service status checker.

Thanks for coming back to the thread @HWLewis1080, and I'm sorry see the poor quality of the connection on the BQM.
I've looked into the status of the connection and it appears that we are experiencing a short term connection issue in the local area currently.
Do please provide us with an update in 24 hours and if this is still ongoing, we can take another look into this for you.

It's been 24hrs and there is still no improvement. If anything it seems to be getting worse. The only time any online game is even remotely playable is in the middle of the night. Any extra help would be much appreciated.
