Help

Hi, been suffering with horrible gaming experience for a while now when I was on Sky everything was fine stable connection whilst gaming online. But ever since joining virgin my games are slow non responsive and laggy. Is there anything that can be done? I've tried powerline adapters, tried putting my console in DMZ etc. Nothing seems to work. Someone please help!!!

Gaming issue!

Hi guys new here. Been with virging for a while now but always had a real problem when gaming I'm on my way to be a pro player but I've had to pull out of upcoming tournaments due to my gaming not feeling great. My latency is hitting around 57ms on my Xbox right now. My game is real sluggish and non responsive I've had this problem a while. I need help quick time guys any help much appreciated. I'm unable to compete like this. Is there anything I can do?

By the way I'm on the 350MBPS Package

Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

is your general browsing OK?, if you plug the device direct into the hub work better?
