Currently on VM 200 service so have plenty of speed for this but not running great, i don't know if it is the GeForce servers or VM or even me, quality isn't very good and is a bit laggy, i am just wondering if anyone here has any experience with GeForce now on VM?

Seems better now, it was really bad on the 1st till the 5th

It's doing it again, more packet loss. The engineer that came out said this will likely keep happening as the issue is with Hub 4, said the only thing that would help is the new Hub 5.

I've taken a look into your account and I can see that you are still being affected by power levels to the router.
Whilst the router could potentially attribute to problems we need to firstly get this issue resolved.
As Hub 5's are on a trial basis I can't be sure that we will replace your current router.
To hash out a few details I'll send you a PM and attempt to get this resolved for you.
