Iv Never port forwarded on the hub 3 but should be easy to do, never heard of virgin wanting payment to tell you how when https://portforward.com/ and a google search on ports will do the trick.

 


Unfortunately not mate i’ve just tried setting up the thinkbroadband monitor to try and get an idea though

do you have one? I’m curious of what my graph should look like. 

Honestly spoke to them this evening and i’ll be truthful in saying I really wouldn’t rate their expertise. One colleague said there was a problem and had made some changes from his side, another said theres no issue and if I want their network to work well with an xbox they’d put me through to some “gadget” team but its a premium for them to help which sounds outrageous out of principle really

i run my SH3 in modem mode (with .608 firmware) and have a Netduma R1 connected to it and this is my graph to give you an idea.
