Gaming lag

Online gaming if awful with virgin gaming 350 package, could a mmond tell me When my contract is up?.

That's a AWFUL issue you have posted, please post more details.

 

I find online gaming on VM fine, no issues fall stop.

Running on 350Mb VM service with SH3 in Modem Mode, with a ASUS RT-AC5300 router. With this setup I get Fantastic WIRED and WIRELESS Signals in my home. I dont work for VM. But I work in IT, and I know my tech.
My advice is at your own risk.

I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you are receiving.  

On checking your account and service levels, I can see no service affecting issues.  Can you please expand on the problems you have been having whilst gaming and can you please also confirm if this is on a wired or wireless connection?

Well for the past week I've had the red telephone light blinking plus trying to game online I feel I'm at least 10 seconds behind other people.

Wired, I never game wireless, it's not my end, it's virgin, good for downloads and that's about it.

What ping times are you getting? 

You can forget the red flashing light. That's a known temporary problem.

Thanks for the message, but I am unable to reply for some reason, you said there was a fault in my area, has it been fixed?, online gaming is still bad.
