Thank you for your post.
I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues when online gaming, we know how frustrating this can be.
Can you please tell us what issues you're having specifically during gaming? Does this occur on one specific game at all?
If you upload any pictures to the Community Forums that contain personal information/offensive language ect, the picture will be rejected and won't be shown publicly. I assume that as you were trying to upload a picture of your BQM/hub stats, that the image contained personal info such as your IP address or MAC address.
I haven't been able to locate your account from your forum information, so I haven't been able to check the back end of your services just yet, but please do expand on what's been happening so we're in a better position to help.
Obviously the red blocks of packet loss shown on your BQM isn't good - was the hub turned off at this point? besides the packet loss when the hub is online, your connection in terms of latency seems fine.
