Re: Frequent disconnections - Customer service could not help
Unfortunately the engineer did not fix it, and although he could see the timeouts (customer service could not, chat agent could not) he told me that it's like catching a needle in an haystack and it could not be fixable. He passed the problem to the network department.
I would like to know how long will this take with the network department.
He also asked me if I am happy about the service, all considered. Well, the answer is clearly no, as I do not want to pay for an intermittent service.
At the moment 3 agents via telephone, 1 agent via chat and 1 engineer were not able to fix the problem.
This is the list of the disconnections, with data, times and duration.There have been 58 (FIFTY EIGHT) disconnections in a little bit more than 48 hours. Do you consider this a good service to be happy about?
Oh, and these 58 are about my laptop, than I should count the ones with the other devices.
