Since September of last year, I have been having some frequent packet loss, then complete disconnection issues. Initially I thought this was due to still having a Superhub 2ac, however this was changed by an engineer and our lines 'tested and checked' for isses. This did not solve a thing. Fast forward to now and my issues have only increased. I've browsed the forum a bit and had another engineer out this week to change what they called the "surge protector" where the coax meets the box in the wall and, again, no changes.
