List of actions I've taken in attempt to fix this issue:
-Resetting router to factory default.
-Turning off Port Scan Detection, IP Flood Detection
-Turning on PPTP Pass-Through, Multicast Pass-Through in the Superhub page.
-Reinstalling Computer's LAN driver.
-Flushing DNS.

This not the only game i am getting disconnet on it also happens in World of Warcraft.

Please Help

Thanks Sean

Re: Final Fantasy XIV random 90002 Error

Hi Sean21

Thanks for bringing this to our attention

From your Forum details I have been able to check the following

Hub, Signal levels, Up and downstream all in spec

The Wifi Channel you are currently on 3 could be causing slow speeds

The one things I can see if that you haven't rebooted the Hub for over 10 days

Can you try this please

Do you get disconnected on your other devices at all., or is it just the one you mentioned

It may also be worth looking at upgrading your current hub

Look forward your reply

Re: Final Fantasy XIV random 90002 Error

Hello Gareth, Thank you for your quick response. I will be rebooting my hub today, I am also going to change my channel from 3 and it is only this device i am on which gets disconnected from MMO's But some other devises in the household can be very slow also. I will contact Virgin and speak to an adviser about seeing if its possible to get a new hub.

Thanks Sean.

Re: Final Fantasy XIV random 90002 Error

Hi guys quick update i did ring up and got an upgrade but i also found out that if i put my router in DMZ mode all my games would work with out any problems but i should not have to do that.

I will update again when the new router comes and let you know if it still happens.

Thanks Sean
