Experiencing connection issues with Eve Online.

Thanks for investigating.

At the time of my last disconnect from Eve there does appear to be a big latency spike.

VM customer service is abysmal sometimes

 

3 calls yesterday to VM business support, first 2 calls they put the phone down on me once I mentioned this forum post (I was friendly). The 3rd representative listens but can't open the forum thread & just gets the main page. Says they will call me back. They haven't and have since text me with an appointment for Monday afternoon which is not conveneint but I can't reply to the text and cancel because it doesn't recognise the copied reference number in the reply.

 

At least we know there's a ticket for it

You have an engineer coming to do a traceroute and watch you play Eve, should be fun 😄

Any idea how much longer this is going to take to resolve? 4- 5 days to fix a routing issue that no other ISP is having is not good.

Hi Everyone

I have also had connection problems to the Eve Online game in the last 4 days and I never had a problem before.  I would disconnect every few minutes after logging in.  At the moment I am using a temporary VPN to keep me logged in, as soon as the VPN is turned off I disconnect and crash.

Also having this issue with random disconnects.

 

Come on VM what are you playing at, we are paying money for a service here and your support is a joke....
