Dropping Internet during online gaming

Moved to VM last week and big mistake I think. Keep loosing connection to the Internet every 5-20 minutes. 

Didn't have an issue before using Sky.

I'm wired not wireless.

Hello,

It's the same lead I've been using with sky up until moving to virgin 29th Jan.

It's done thd same an hour ago.

Wired or wireless ?  VM do not guarantee wifi speeds, only cabled.   Gaming should be wired where possible.

You need to setup a BQM to record and monitor your circuit   www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Also please post your power levels and network log from the Hub.  Thanks

Browse to 192.168.0.1 and click on Router Status. Post all information in the tabs.
