Not been online much this weekend to be fair, but I'm still having problems.
So frustrating as my speed test results are fine I'm getting around 350mb most of the time.
Its just ping/latency problems. My average ping hovers around 20ms which is not ideal but at the upper end of liveable with, the problem still is the spikes. They go up to 300-400ms far far too often causing online gaming issues.
It's not a console. Its network cable to my PC. 3ft network cable (which I've swapped out) at that! I did try in modem mode last week and still having same issue so have gone back to router mode as it wasn't any different.
Pretty much everytime. Some days I might go 3 matches without getting kicked (still some button delay issues but they could also be an EA issue to be fair) other days it's every match.
That's my BQM graph for last 24 hours and that's when the PC isn't being used!
I am sorry you are having a few intermittent issues, examining the area logs it looks like there may be a problem with intermittent noise/packet loss etc, I have raised a fault to our network engineers for further investigation ref F006726894, please allow us a week and ask for an update.
