Hello,
For more than a year now I am having constant disconnects in the game "World of Warcraft" these disconnects didn't really bother me until lately, as they have been happening much more often (about every 30 min) and it really messes everything up.
Can anyone help?

Power level stats look okay. When was the last time you rebooted the SH2 ?
Also setup a BQM to monitor and record the circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Thank you for replying! 🙂
I restarted it not too long ago, by unplugging it for couple of minutes and plugging it back in. Unless there's any other way to reboot it.
I will for sure keep you updated on BQM results !

BQM is great, so can’t see any obvious problems. I would suggest you get the Hub 2 replaced as it’s an old model now. It can’t take full advantage of the newer VM infrastructure, so should be replaced if you want maximum performance from your existing circuit.

Okay. Thank you for trying to help, I would try to ask VM for new hub and hopefully they would provide me with new hub. I really hope that it fixes the disconnecting issue ( I heard it did for some people) otherwise I don't know what to do..

Hi DLETLANE,
Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂
Sorry to hear you've been struggling with the hub disconnecting.
I've had a look at things from our side and can see everything is within the specifications we would expect. So I can get a few more details from you I've popped you over a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner)

UPDATE:
Had an engineer visit and the problem was resolved by replacing my old router to a newer one. 👍
