Been getting really annoying constant ping spikes for the past month now, was wondering if you guys could figure out what the issue is with my net.

Far too many upstream timeouts, and also too many uncorrectable error on the downstream.  I've marked for staff to take a look and comment.  If need be they can book a technician.

Just to update the thread, it was an area issue that the network teams are aware of. I have logged a work order on the system on the account to confirm to networks you are part of this. They'll have this fixed asap.

It's been 3 weeks now and still getting horrendous ping spikes at times.

Hi Psyh0sis,

Thank you for reaching back out to us, sorry to see you were still facing issues, having a look at our system I can see the issue has been resolved, I can see your Router has not been rebooted since in fact you haven't rebooted for 39 Days, Can you please try a pin reset on the Router just to rule out a software issue, first check all the internal connections are hand tight then push a pin/ paper clip in the back of the Router where it says reset, push in until you feel it press then hold in for a timed 1 Minute, do not reboot during or after and allow 15 Minutes to settle afterwards.
