Constant packet loss and lag spikes in warzone

Chrism5
Tuning in

I have had constant packet loss and high ping spikes during playing warzone for the last few months! It’s The only game I play. I have 1GB internet and wired connection. Only my pc and phone are connected to the internet. I have literally tried everything and researched as much as I can to try and solve the issue but still nothing. It’s so frustrating and makes me wanna cancel my Broadband. If someone can help I would really appreciate it.

A couple of things to do

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once done we can comment.

Browse to the Hub 192.168.0.1 and click on Router Status.

Copy and paste the information into several posts.  Do not use screen shots please if possible.  We can comment once posted.

All those stats look fine.  Can you setup a BQM here www.thinkbroadband.com/ping to monitor your circuit.
