I've been having constant packet burst when playing Warzone and Vanguard on ps5 and sometimes extrapolation and latency variation (I have no idea what these are but know they are not good for gaming)
I think the earliest this has been going on for is around 4 years ago now since Black ops 4 on ps4 but didn't know what the coloured squares meant.
I had high utilisation last year and this is nowhere near as bad as that but it is far from a smooth gaming experience.
If there is any additional information I can provide, then please let me know
Thanks

The engineer said the power levels were too high and has now been fixed.
I am still getting packet burst though

A picture of my BQM should be showing in the previous post and it shows that my latency is spiking during the evenings and this is when the packet burst is happening more frequently
I'm not sure which link to use to share my BQM.

Your BQM does suggest a typical over utilisation. However post your power levels and network log from the Hub.

I can't remember exactly how to do that but I'll give it a try

I'm assuming i need to copy and paste the upstream, downstream and network log?
