Connection drops for a few seconds randomly

PC gamer, Ethernet connection, recently joined virgin only a month ago...

Connection drops for a few seconds randomly each day, so as you can imagine it makes gaming very frustrating especially when I lose my progress in game due to this and forces me to restart my game. Have the same problem browsing as well, things don't load or I lose connection to Discord, connection resumes normally after about 10-15 seconds. Thanks in advance

Sorry to learn you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection.

 

I've checked your line and everything has come back as fine, with no errors.

 

Does this happen on other devices also?

 

Do you notice any lights change on the router at all?

Not seeing any further posts reporting issues in the Grimsby area, hopefully what ever the problem was has been restored.

If you're still seeing issues though please start a new thread detailing the problems and we'll pick it up from there.
