I have been trying to speak to someone for 4 days straight.
mom directed to use the WhatsApp app and then are long waits I get into the flow and then I am either cut of or ignored.
I wanted to reduce my bill, I now want to leave entirely but cannot speak to any one to do this.
many whstsapp are no longer even being answered and call have a 4 hour wait!!
I am not happy!!

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
theres a freephone number 0800 052 0422. You need option 4 to speak to retentions
you can also write to the Sunderland address
