Re: Can I request a home hub 2 whilst on vivid 200

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream

post the levels you will get feedback and you will know more for when the tech comes

Re: Can I request a home hub 2 whilst on vivid 200

I'm no expert but that is a shedload of post RS errors, pretty high on the pre RS count which I believe, can be ignored if they don't mature into post RS's - yours do, in spades.

My power levels are all ~5.1 not sure if your 4's are of concern but... that's a 25% reduction. Again not an expert but that may be what the engineer callout is about.

Re: Can I request a home hub 2 whilst on vivid 200

pre and post rs errors suggest noise - they could be better but i have seen much worse - downstream levels are too high - 10 is the max - they certainly need attention

Re: Can I request a home hub 2 whilst on vivid 200

You both kinda lost me to be honest i'm a noob lol. Would the noise be affecting the RG6 coaxial cable or the cable from the street or how does it work? How can I best avoid or solve the pre & post rs errors ?

The engineer should be able to adjust things at the cab, doubt there's much you do yourself.
