These graphs sure look like over utilisation to me!! I'd love for a Virgin media representative to tell me otherwise! - not like I was given a fix date over a year ago.

The engineer visited today and he adjusted a huge plethora of problems. I got my hopes up thinking all my troubles were put to rest but sadly the image below says it all:

I'm trying not to be rude but the broadband service I've received for the last two years has been utter crap. This is by no means a reflection on the support staff since there is only so much you can do. (I do appreciate your time and comments but when I get days like this how can I not be bitter??)

I have the exact same issue mate, I'll get around to it and get them to sort it and let you know what it is to do.
Had it before, they tried to ignore it and i kept banging on and I'll do the same again until its fixed.
They are useless.

I have this morning taken a look over your account and run some further diagnostics, there are now issues with your power levels & there are no network issues listed.
When did an engineer last attend your property? I am wondering if its a cabling issue.

Hi, I had an engineer look at the problem on the 6/12/21. (9 days ago).
During the visit, he said something about having adjusted the power levels due to the close proximity to the cabinet? So I'm not sure if they are intentionally set to those values by him or not.

If your trying game in Router mode, then i am sorry to say, YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES on VM.
