Area 15 - Packet loss again

Hi,

I'm seeing issues with area 15 again for the past few days. I have only just turned on monitoring but below you can see that there are is frequent packet loss and time outs.

My Broadband Ping - VM Home

Steps I have taken so far:

  1. Spoken to VM Helpline: They have been as unhelpful as usual and asked me to reset my router for the 8th time despite me telling them that the 7 times I have reset it before had no effect that this most likely has to do with the outside connection. When I nevertheless reset it again they confirmed everything was fine and that they saw no issues. Anyways there are clearly issues and it's impossible to stream 4K or play games (which is why I have this connection in the first place)
  2. I have looked around this forum for similar reports and I can see there are some.

The network logs as a lot of warning and critical entries confirming loss of sync.

It's not clear to me what the VM reps are looking at but it's very clear to me that there is an issue with either VM cabling or the modem.

Area 15 still have issues yes!
I will have the 3rd engeneer visit tomorrow, everything still the same! ATM i am running ping tests and I have timeouts every 30secs or so...
I spoke with more people in my street and they have same issue, we are all gonna leave VM.
