I called up and downgraded to my super hub 2ac and gaming was tolerable. Did you have an hub 2 or did they send you one ?
I kept my hub 2ac from a while back, if not gaming would be unbearable. Constant DC, Latency and even watching streams is insanely bad with the packet loss i was experiencing.
