1gig

Ok so I got roped into upgrading to 1gig and from I’ve got it WiFi speed are worse than the hub three and warzone is unplayable with the amount of not sure if it’s lag or packet burst.  I’m plugged in via Ethernet.

Ok so I checked the signs I’m seeing in game as I get maybe a 2 second freeze and it’s packet loss.  After doing speed tests my download seems to not be stable and my upload is all over the place. Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your broadband.

Please could you upload your network stats? Could you also please set up a broadband quality monitor (BQM) as this will help us view this issue over a period of time, you can visit.

When, how, and by whom?  Even VM's slowest broadband connection of 100 Mbps is amply fast enough for gaming, when working properly, as gaming uses little bandwidth, but needs consistent and low latency.  The only benefit of higher speeds is faster file downloads/uploads.

Don’t get me wrong that’s the good thing is the speed downloading patches in no time at all.  When I was with sky there speeds where a fraction of what I’ve got now but the speeds was consistent and I never had any jitter.  When I’m doing speed test with the 1gig the download fluctuates but the upload is all over the place up and down in speeds and I’ve got jitter as well.
