I am writing on behalf of a customer who is unable to access their email. They have a blueyonder address. They can log in to their virgin media account but when they try to access email, there is a message about the mailbox not being available at the moment.
This message has been here for several days.
Is anyone able to help with getting this account working again?

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear of your friends mailbox issue.
We would need to have this conversation with them as it's an account holder only thing we can do.
Can you get them to register and post on here?
