Hi,
My virgin.net email address stopped working yesterday. The password is not recognised.
Trying to change the password doesnt help as it also said my security answer is wrong - which its not -I know my mothers maiden name.
Has virgin media deleted my entire account without letting me know - that would be annoying as I've had the same email address for over 30 years and its used daily.
I had to re-register just to post this question
