My virgin.net email address stopped working yesterday. The password is not recognised.
Trying to change the password doesnt help as it also said my security answer is wrong - which its not -I know my mothers maiden name.
Has virgin media deleted my entire account without letting me know - that would be annoying as I've had the same email address for over 30 years and its used daily.
I had to re-register just to post this question
Are you still a Virginmedia broadband account holder ?

If you do not have a broadband account then have a look at https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Orphan-Email-accounts/td-p/3492073https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Closure-of-former-customer-email-accounts/m-p/4092021 as without an account the email address becomes an orphan and could be deleted at any time.
