Following my previous post I am still no nearer a resolution. I have replied to a DM from virgin media providing the information they requested.
Please contact me to resolve this situation.
To recap - my email account was deactivated with no warning. I was promised access to my virgin.net emails if i took out a virginmedia account. I did this over three weeks ago but despite lengthy calls every two days I still haven't got access to my account. The email account is the recovery account for all my banking mortgage credit card and online accounts. I holds expensive e tickets that I hadn't got a chance to save before I was summarily blocked.
PLEASE help.

Please do not mulitpost or post separately when you have a member looking into this for you, as it can take time to get to all customers for us to help with their issues.
We are not an instant response team and it can be up to 48 hours for a response.
