unable to view messages

Receiving messages but unable to view them using windows live mail. 

Can you help

One option would be to use an email client that is still supported by its provider.  A free to use option could be Thunderbird by Mozilla.

If you don't want to change then please post the exact error messages you are getting with windows live mail.  Obscure any personal details.

Do heed Graham_A's  good advice of not using unsupported software; AFAICS Window Live Mail support ended January 2017 and, as a consequence, received no security updates since.

If no error message is shown then either provide an appropriately redacted screenshot of the issue or a description, for example “Message headers are shown but message body is blank”. Does the same issue occur in webmail?

It says problem occurred while trying to open message.  try again later
