trying to access my email on ntlworld.com but received 'Oops! We can't find the page you're looking for.' Please can anyone advise?

I'm having the exact same problem, it's driving me mad but sorted of relieved it's not just me as there is obviously a wider problem!

I have had the same problem since Friday lunch time. I reported it and am still waiting foe it to be sorted out. 

mine's righted itself now but I've still got a new e-mail provider as I feel Virgin is trying to offload all old ntl e-mails

Hi Zac,

I first reported it on Friday about 15:00 and the front the desk passed me on to the second level team who were unable to help so they they raised a ticket for the IT team. I chased it up yesterday morning about 09:00 and they confirmed a ticket had been raised and said it can take up to 5 days to resolve. We have now entered the 5th day and we are no further forward.
