I'm posting on behalf of my mum who is not tech savvy and is very frustrated. She normally corresponds with everyone via her virgin email. recently it stopped working and she cannot access the email or my virgin accounts the page states 404 PAGE NOT AVAILABLE and sometimes WE DO NOT RECOGNISE THAT EMAIL . she has contacted virgin media via whatsapp and they stated on the first occasion that a Techician would contact her in 48 hours which they did then again she was told another Tech would contact in 72 houors to sort the issue - no one has been in touch since then. This email is her lifeline and no one gives a monkeys.

I am very sorry to hear your Mum is having issues with her email account, we will do all we can to assist.
Can you please confirm if your Mum has an active Virgin Media account with us at the moment? This would be for broadband, TV or phone.
