spam filter - un-block domain

Hello

I am trying to send an email with a link to a website.

The email is blocked

'The server response was: SPAM Content Found (VM603) '

The domain name in the link is not on any blacklist, how do i get it removed from your spam filter list ?

ps: I own this domain name.

regards

steve

Re: spam filter - un-block domain

It can take the forum team a few days to work through to your post so in the meantime consider using a URL shortening service.

BTW, it would be useful for the forum team to know the unique tag (string of seemingly random characters) shown in the error message

I concur with @用心棒

Here's what I see too.

I suggest you hit re-analyse.

After that I suggest you secure your website by changing the logon details and take a good look through it's files.  It's a common tactic for hackers to breach weak sites and add their own code.  Viewing spam mails shows how they often leave PHP files on some sites to aid what they do.

Re: spam filter - un-block domain

Hi

Thats weird. I just went to their site and did a search, not sure why it would return a result form so long ago.

There is something wrong here.

We run many sub-domains, i have just published a new one, it is un-used, 30 seconds old but when i run it through the checker it returns the results as previously posted by yourselves.

http://fredd7.gogowebspace.com/

what could possible be in our code that would trigger such a security warning ?

also, there is a list of sibling domains underneath the results, some of the dub-domains list were deleted months ago.
