need some help with emails on my ntlworld email i can send but not receive emails on all platforms,
this as only happened in the last 2 days
Welcome to the Community Forums - thank you for posting here for help with your email issue. I'm sorry that you have been having problems receiving emails.
Do you know if the email senders are receiving any notification when they send you an email or if the email is bouncing? Have you also tried changing your email password to help refresh your account?
If you're still stuck, give us a shout.
thank you for the reply i had to ring virgin in the end and they were very helpful,
apparently my email had been hacked via virgin webmail looks like i am one of the many this as happened to.
must be a huge security fault with webmail.
