The term “Template” is not used in relation to VM’s webmail system. It is a term which is used in some other systems (such as MS Office, Zoho, Mailchimp etc) to describe an email document layout which you want to use repeatedly. Suggest you google “email templates” and read up on it.
⋮ Thanks very much. What confused me is that webmail shows the templates folder created previously and allows the template to load but you cannot do anything with it.
Virgin Media have added an Edit copy option to messages saved to the Drafts folder; so basic (non-dynamic) templating is possible. If appropriate consider copying the templates from the Template folder to the Drafts folder to make use of them.
