query about sending emails

Hi

When sending emails recently via my ntlworld email address, the sender is coming up as 'E-mail INFO' and not showing who is sending the email like it used to do.

Is there a way to change this back to what it was so when someone receives an email from me it comes up with my name or email address as the sender and not 'E-mail INFO'

Is this occurring in webmail or other email client, if latter which?

Which email client are you using and on which type of device?

FYI the display name shown when sending emails is usually set in the email account's configuration / setup in the email client.
