Re: problem with old e mail.

Are you a current VM broadband customer?

Is the address showing when you log in to my virgin media billing area? (A primary address would be on the my profile page/scroll down to my services, or on the manage accounts tab for secondary addresses)

Is the address showing as valid if you run it through mailtester.com?

You can reset the password following the advice here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-reset-username-and-password

The answers to these questions will help us to guide you.  Let us know how you get on.

Re: problem with old e mail.

If mailtester.com is not finding it or is returning a red result then the email account is gone for good.
