I'm getting this message every time I reply to one person's email - only when I reply, not when I send exactly the same email. Also prevents me from me replying to any email where she is included on the list of recipients. Very frustrating. I've deleted her email address for obvious reasons:
Message could not be sent to the following recipients:  (554 - 554 5.2.0 SMTP602 Message contains Spam Content ;id=boMVhWqmR2OysboMVhiK1b;sid=boMVhWqmR2Oys;mta=smtp1.tb;d=20190614;t=174331[CET];ipsrc=172.25.160.151;
The matching data used by spam filters is frequently updated and false positives usual clear themselves in 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours. If the issue persists then you will need to wait for a forum team member to:
liaise with the spam filter service provider to help resolve the false positive; be aware it can take the forum team a few days to work through to your post.
request the email's source text via (Private Message, located towards top right) which you will not have because the Spam Content Found warning prevented the message from being sent. To work around this sign into webmail and send the email to yourself (at a Virgin Media domain) and retrieve the source from your Spam folder.
Thanks very much for your help. I thought the issue was resolved when I managed to reply to an email from this particular person, but I've just tried replying to another one (which I've just discovered in my spam folder) and it bounced. I've not heard from a forum leader, is there a way to contact them direct? This seems a very clunky way of getting help! Anyway, should a forum leader happen by, here is the message I got:
@jackmarch, I have flagged your post to the forum team however be aware it can take them a few hours / days to work through to your post. In the meantime can you confirm when the issue occurs the text moohara.co.uk appears somewhere in the email?
@ModTeam, FYI: the Spam Content Found warning is being triggered by the text moohara.co.uk. If Cloudmark require the email source this can be obtained by sending yourself an email with the text and retrieving it from your Spam folder
