old email account

how do I get my old (2yrs) old virginmedia.com email account back

If you have a current broadband account with VM phone up and ask, if you do not have a broadband account you cannot get it back

Two years is not old.

Do you have an active VM broadband service?  If so, can you access my.virginmedia.com, and see what is showing in My Account >> My Profile?

Let us know more about what you are trying to do and where you are getting stuck (don't divulge personal details).  It may be that the community members can help you, or if not, the Forum Team (VM employees) will ask for more information when they get to this thread in about a week.

Hi thanks for reply I,m trying to reinstall lightroom but lost serial.number and adobe will only send it to me on my old virginmedia.com address which I have used for a few years.

ps yes my broadband is with virginmedia but is a new account from march 2018

Virgin may be able to help recover the old address, but to do so they would have to link it with your current broadband account, overwriting all your current email addresses.

That's assuming the old address hasn't already been deleted.  They'd need to check for you.

Sit tight and wait for the Forum Team, be aware that it can take them up to 7 days to get here.

They'll post on here and send a private message through the Forum to gather the info they need.

Don't message them out of the blue, they will get here, but they answer in date order so you do need to be patient.

Please remove the helpful answer tag from my previous post.  If you want to give thanks use Kudos,  Helpful answer is actually used to mark the solution.
