one of two of my ntlworld email accounts is offline since Fri 20th Aug and not working on macbook or iphone. When clicking to go online it does not accept the password and gives this message:
The sender address @ntlworld.com was rejected by the server SMTP.ntlworld.com.
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear of the email access issues you're experiencing, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us via the forums and welcome to the community.
Can you try resetting the password via the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page? Lets us know if this works, if not we'll be happy to look into this further for you,

Hi Rob, thanks. Tried that but says "unable to find username". Logged in to virgin mobile account okay using the ntlworld email and password.

@winnir What happens when you try to log into your My Virgin Media account?
You need to have an active VM broadband account for continued use of the Ntlworld email address. A Virgin Mobile account is not sufficient.
