hi.
my partner has an @ntlworld.com email mailbox and has recently changed phones. We can't remember the password to set up an imap account on the new phone, but there doesn't appear to be anyway of resetting on the webpage. The forgotten password link points to My Virgin Media which we have no details for. If there a way to reset just the ntlworld.com mailbox?

@darryla On the forgotten password page when it asks you to enter the email address for the My Virgin Media account enter the Ntlworld email address you are trying to access.

Unfortunately that still didn't work. We managed to use an imap client on the phone trying different passwords and managed to get in. Still couldn't use the smtp server though, but just used gmail server as a relay, so hopefully back up and running now
