ntlworld.com email hacked

My NTLworld email has been hacked but I’m unable to change the password as I’m no longer a virginmedia customer. The account is being used by somebody else even though virgin said it would be deleted after 90 days of leaving.

issue has been flagged to the forum team however be aware it may take them longer than the usual few hours / days to respond.

Sorry to hear that you have been hacked. If you are no longer a media customer then then regrettably the only solution we can offer is completely closing this mailbox.  I've sent you a private message to confirm you account details, please fill out what you can.
