ntlworld Mailbox Unavailable - Changing Password didn't work

Hi Folks

I've had Mailbox unavailable all day for my ntlworld.com mailbox. I noticed a few entries mentioned that changing your password and tried this, but it has made no difference at all. Had to use my work email to raise this. Does anyone have any other ideas?
