Re: ntlworld email

I've merged this with your original thread.

Please don't make multiple threads on the same topic.  If you want you can remove the helpful answer from my previous post if your problems not been solved.  I've merged to two threads to avoid confusion.

You say it's been a long time since you accessed your NTLWorld account.

1.  How long exactly?
2. Do you still have broadband with Virgin Media?

I did ask the second question before and you failed to answer.

Tim

Re: ntlworld email

Hi, ablore86,

Thanks for posting. Welcome to the Virgin Media forum.

Are you still a Virgin Media broadband customer?

How long have you not opened this e-mail?

I ask because from you’ll need to access your Virgin Media Mail mailbox at least once every 90 days.

If your mailbox isn’t accessed within a 90 day period, we may suspend access to your mailbox without prior notice. If we do this, your mailbox will remain suspended for 60 days.

Don’t worry. If it's more than the 150 days of no access, you can reactivate your mailbox during this time, you can call our team on 0800 519 6986.

If this is not the case, you can check this forum thread to check on how to access your old ntl e-mail.
