I could mot access my email yesterday and I still cannot get in this morning. I am expecting delivery dates for parcels. I take it there is a problem,,when will it be resolved..

Many thanks for the link. Been trying to access an email to re-set password for my wife's Covid pass before travel and was getting concerned. But may I ask why the link works, but I still cannot access via virgin account? Answer from Virgin would helpful.

accessing mail the last couple of days has been a real pain. Recent "area upgrade " disconnected my landline once they found it was a network issue it was resolved quickly.

Fabulous link so annoying especially when it says it is Virgin's fault and they are working on it. This is the second day for me. Not impressed
