For the second morning running, I can't log in to check my email on Virgin Media. Sometimes I get to sign in, but then everything grinds to a halt on the screen 'mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite'. Same in 2 different browsers. No problems checking email via Outlook.
Yesterday normal serviced resumed during the afternoon, but back to same screen this morning, which remains until it times out.
Further to first email: just accessed email account through Firefox, still no joy through Edge (which is set to clear cookies every time it's shut down).
Second time through Firefox, again no access. Very tiresome. Outlook isn't as efficient at detecting spam as doing it through webmail, and messages sent through Outlook aren't saved and available through webmail, so I always access email through Virgin Media as preference. When it works.
