missing emails

Hello,

I'm trying to find missing emails I should have received from one particular sender, (all other emails seem to be coming through as expected)

The last stand alone email was on the 19th July, I've had others as replies to emails I've sent out, and I've received Zoom email requests, 

I've watched her send me another email (though didn't check the actual email address), but that never came through, and emails she said she'd sent me whilst away also didn't come through.

They aren't in deleted or spam, she's not on the blocked list

Any help?

I'm sorry to see you are having issues with receiving emails from one particular sender. I have checked our system and cannot see anything that could be causing this.

Just to confirm, are these emails showing as sent in the senders mailbox or are they still in the outbox?
